Founded in 2017 by third-generation contractor Chris Williams, the company provides customized construction solutions for residential and commercial customers across Central Florida.

Chris Williams is a Florida native and third-generation contractor who grew up learning the trade the old-fashioned way - on the job, alongside his father and grandfather.
For more than seven decades, the Williams family has built its reputation on something simple: do the job right, stand behind your work, and treat every customer like a neighbor. Chris carries those same principles into every project today.
His expertise extended well beyond roofing, which is why Chris became a general contractor. Chris specializes in custom aluminum construction, while also providing comprehensive storm-damage services, structural and truss repairs, water restoration, and mold remediation.
As a lifelong Floridian, Chris has seen firsthand the damage Florida's storms can leave behind. His own personal experiences make him unique among a sea of contractors. If you're calling with a problem - odds are, Chris has dealt with that problem before and knows exactly what plan of action is needed.
In 1952, the Williams Family began building what would become a three-generation tradition of roofing and construction throughout Polk County. Today, Chris is taking that tradition to new levels through Budget Roofing & Construction. His goal is to leave every customer with work he is proud to put his family's name on. That means doing things right the first time, using quality craftsmanship, and building with the years ahead in mind.
